A Christmas Story

Many an' many a Christmas ago, things were not going well at the North Pole. Santa Claus had a miserable cold. The elves had walked out. Rudolph's nose wouldn't light up. The sleigh had broken runner. Even Mrs. Claus was being {ahem} difficult. Into the middle of all that walked the Littlest Angel, dragging an enormous Christmas tree.

He tugged on Santa's sleeve and said, "Thanta Clauth? THANTA CLAUTH! What shall I do with thith Christmas tree?"

Well, Santa told him what to do with the Christmas tree, and ever since that long-ago Christmas there's been a little angel on top of the Christmas tree.
